Chris Mundschenk He/Him

Chris Mundschenk leads the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and the World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC), working with industry leaders to support the commercial cleaning and facilities services sector.  

He works closely with boards, volunteers and staff to guide strategy, deliver programs and keep operations running smoothly. Under his leadership, both organizations have expanded their programs, increased membership and strengthened their presence across the industry, including through credentialing initiatives.  

Chris brings more than 25 years of experience in association management leadership, spending his career helping organizations grow and adapt to changing industry needs. 

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Media Studies from Southern Illinois University.
