Amanda Riordan She/Her

Head of Membership, Association Management

Amanda Riordan works with associations to grow their membership communities. She helps clients improve how they recruit, engage and retain members by developing practical tools, sharing leading practices and identifying opportunities to increase member participation.

Amanda has experience in membership strategy and member service. Before joining Smithbucklin, she served as senior vice president of member services at the American Ambulance Association (AAA), where she led member engagement and program development efforts. Earlier in her career, she held roles at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) supporting membership programs and services.
