Colette Huzinec She/Her

Colette Huzinec leads Smithbucklin’s people and culture strategy to drive business performance and long-term growth. She oversees talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, aligning talent priorities with the company’s multi-year goals.

Colette joined Smithbucklin in 2004 and plays a central role in building and evolving the company’s people practices. Most recently, she co-led the development and launch of Smithbucklin’s company values, an enterprise-wide effort that now underpins culture, decision-making and performance. She also helped lead the rollout of company-wide service standards, embedding expectations for client experience and operational excellence into leadership accountability and performance management.

Her earlier contributions include launching the Smithbucklin Learning Center, enhancing onboarding for employees and senior leaders and implementing employee engagement strategies that strengthen manager effectiveness and team performance.

Prior to Smithbucklin, Colette spent six years at Accenture, advising Fortune 100 organizations on talent and organizational development.

Colette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from the University of Leeds and maintains multiple certifications, including Insights® Discovery, Human Capital Strategist, Lominger Leadership Architect®, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®, and Peronne-Ambrose Coaching Skills.
