Jeff Lambert, CAE He/Him

Jeff Lambert works with trade associations to guide strategy, programs and day-to-day operations. As Executive Director of the National Demolition Association (NDA), Jeff oversees the organization’s strategic direction and overall performance. He works closely with the NDA Board of Directors and volunteers to lead the organization’s programs, events and initiatives. Under Jeff’s leadership, NDA’s operating budget grew from $2.2 million to $3.4 million.  

Before joining Smithbucklin in 2018, Jeff served as vice president of member relations at the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), where he led member recruitment and engagement efforts. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado State University, an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University and earned the Certified Association Executive designation in 2008.
