Affinity Communities are voluntary, employee-led groups that help foster an inclusive, connected, and supportive workplace at Smithbucklin. Each community is formed around shared identities or experiences, such as race, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation. They provide space for employees to connect, learn and grow together. Our Affinity Communities support personal and professional development, celebrate diversity and encourage every employee to bring their authentic self to work.
