Robin Rone She/Her

Robin Rone leads Smithbucklin’s diversity and inclusion efforts, building a workplace where employees feel respected, supported and contribute their best work. She works with leaders across the organization to strengthen policies, talent practices and programs that support an inclusive culture.

Since joining Smithbucklin in 2018, Robin has helped expand the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and works closely with client leaders to support inclusive workplace practices. She also chairs inCouncil, an internal advisory group that helps guide the company’s progress in this work.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Howard University and a master’s degree in American Studies from The George Washington University.
