Stan Moyer He/Him

Stan Moyer helps technology organizations set standards that allow products and systems to work together. As President of Inventures, a Smithbucklin company, he partners with companies and industry leaders to run technical programs and guide the development of those standards.

Stan has more than 25 years of experience in the communications and technology industries, with a background in research and nonprofit leadership. Before joining Smithbucklin in 2011, he was a strategic program manager at Telcordia Technologies, where he managed long-term research initiatives and supported developing emerging technologies.

Stan also serves as executive director of the SD Card Association and held volunteer leadership roles with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers’ (IEEE) Communications Society.

Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from the University of Maine, a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
