Vincent L'Erario He/Him

Vincent L’Erario leads Smithbucklin’s technology strategy, helping teams and clients use modern systems to work more efficiently and deliver better results. He oversees the company’s technology operations and builds tools and platforms that support reliable performance, clear data insights and secure digital experiences.

Vince works with leaders across the company to strengthen the systems behind association programs, services and member engagement. He helps clients improve performance, simplify processes and respond to changing technology needs.

Before joining Smithbucklin, Vince was chief information officer at Arabella Advisors, where he led major technology initiatives that improved systems and processes, strengthened cybersecurity and enabled analytics. His career includes technology and engineering leadership roles across financial services, consulting and managed services organizations.

Vince holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rochester.
