William Smith Boardroom -

Henry Givray Client Conference Center - 

The Henry Givray Client Conference Center provides another place to host client boards and other formal meetings. Modular furniture allows for multiple room configurations. It also has two mounted cameras to enable hybrid in-person and virtual meetings. This space provide amazing views of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. A banquet sits nestled outside of the space for easy access to meals and drinks without interrupting your event. Maximum capacities are approximately:

• 18 participants in a traditional board meeting style
• 24 participants in four-person pods
• 24 participants in classroom style
• 65 participants in theater style.

14th Floor Boardroom

Our boardroom is designed to maximize the formal meeting experience. The custom, table hosts up to 24 participants, providing fantastic sight lines for face-to-face discussions. The technology system is state-of-the-art, including one large monitor, ceiling speakers and microphones. It is also has a mounted camera to enable hybrid in-person and virtual meetings. A banquet sits nestled outside of the space for easy access to meals and drinks without interrupting your event.

Conference Rooms

In addition to all other spaces capable of hosting meetings, our roster of conference rooms includes:

• XX small conference rooms — 5-6 participants each
• XX medium conference rooms — 9-10 participants each
• XX large conference rooms — 10 participants each

All of our conference rooms have mounted display monitors and Zoom capabilities.

Boardroom -

Our boardroom is designed to maximize the formal meeting experience. The custom, semi-circle table hosts up to 20 participants, providing fantastic sight lines for face-to-face discussions. Additional bench seating is also available for others. The technology system is state-of-the-art, including four large monitors (one on each wall), ceiling speakers, and tableembedded microphones. It is also has a mounted camera to enable hybrid in-person and virtual meetings.

Client Conference Center - 

The Client Conference Center provides another place to host client boards and other formal meetings. Modular furniture allows for multiple room configurations. It also has two mounted cameras to enable hybrid in-person and virtual meetings. 

Maximum capacities are approximately:

• 20 participants in a traditional board meeting style
• 24 participants in six, four-person pods
• 24 participants in classroom style
• 32 participants in theater style

Multi-Purpose Room

This room is fully configurable to numerous furniture setups. It has a mounted camera to enable hybrid in-person and virtual meetings.

Maximum capacities are approximately:

• 20 participants in a in a traditional board meeting style
• 32 participants in eight, four-person pods
• 36 participants in classroom style
• 73 participants in theater style

Conference Rooms
