Smithbucklin Affinity Communities

Affinity Communities are voluntary, employee-led groups that help foster an inclusive, connected, and supportive workplace at Smithbucklin. Each community is formed around shared identities or experiences—such as race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation—and provides space for employees to connect, learn, and grow together. Our Affinity Communities support personal and professional development, celebrate diversity, and encourage every employee to bring their authentic self to work.
